Kyle M. Diamond
Kyle M. Diamond is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.
Mr. Diamond received a B.A. cum laude in Government from Dartmouth College in 2009. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2017, where he was a James Kent Scholar and recipient of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize. While at Columbia, Mr. Diamond also served as a Student Senator and as Senior Development Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review.
