Fabiola Urdaneta is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Fabiola received her B.A. summa cum laude in Philosophy from Columbia University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and Notes Editor of the Columbia Law Review.
